Our Policies:
We quote all prices (shown below and on product pages) as unstretched canvas, in Canadian Dollars. If required, we can on your behalf purchase stretcher frames at additional cost. In such case, we offer free canvas stretching (at your request), as an added value to you.

We recommend shipping canvases unstretched and rolled, packed in protective mailing tubes. This is most economical and safe way of shipping. At your request, we can ship stretched canvas, but it will cost more for packaging, and significantly more for shipping. Ask for details, if interested.

Average time for specially panted canvases is 30 days from receiving deposit. It can be longer in case of large or complicated orders.

Prices shown on this site are for guidance only. Prices may differ depending on complexity of the work, size of your order, etc.
After you contact us with your requirement of special or stock order, we will email you back detailed quote, showing cost of art work, shipping, etc. for your acceptation.

When you place a custom order, we will email you photo of ready painting for your acceptation, before shipping. If required, adjustments will be made for free, to make sure you are satisfied with the work. Once you accept the work, item will be shipped as soon as possible.

Payment: For all special orders and images painted for you we require 50% deposit at the time of order, and balance + shipping, when image is ready to ship.
For your convenience we accept VISA, Master Card, AmEx, Diners Club, Electron and Maestro cards. Also Money Orders, Bank Transfers and PayPal. Your submitted information is strictly confidential, and we do not disclose it to any other parties. Your privacy is important to us, and we protect it.

After approval of your order and our confirmation, you can submit your deposit and shipping information, using our secure web order form, or by fax, or mail. We can also invoice you by PayPal.
Official invoice for ready product can be sent via email, or by mail - depending on your request (default is email).

Satisfaction guarantee: We will email you ready painting for your approval. We will correct image if necessary, to make sure it meets your expectations. We would like to assure you, that photos don't give justice to originally painted pieces, and all customers are actually surprised, that the delivered canvas looks much better than expected.
Your canvas will be shipped with security hologram, confirming it is our genuine work, to protect you from fraud, identify the piece in case of theft, etc.
If you will not like your painting's quality, you can return it in original condition within 30 days for a refund - less shipping cost. Proper packaging, border fees, etc. are shipper's responsibility. We may need to deduct value of damage or any fees to be paid. It is necessary to contact us before return, for additional details.

IMPORTANT: When shipping item back from outside of Canada, please make sure on customs declaration it states "Canadian goods returned" on top of other details (otherwise it may result in duty and taxes, which would be deducted from a refund). If shipping from outside Canada via UPS or other courier, please select option "Bill duty, tax and shipping charges to shipper", to speed up your refund.


Shipping: We usually ship smaller orders via air mail or expedited postal services.
Larger and heavier parcels (like stretched canvasses) are shipped to North America via UPS ground or Expedited Parcel Post with lowest shipping price being our priority - unless you request other method (subject to extra charges).
Overseas orders over 2 kg are shipped via surface mail, unless requested otherwise.
Shipping Upgrades (Expresspost, FedEx, or UPS Express) are available at extra cost, on special request.
Eeach item is quality-inspected before shipping, to assure the worry-free shopping experience. .

In case of international orders, items may be subject to your country duties or (and) taxes or (and) other border fees, which are responsibility of ordering person or company. We can't estimate these fees, although we know from experience that such fees are minimal, if any.
Insurance of up to $200 is included in our shipping estimates. higher insurance is available at your request, for an additional fee.

Damaged items:
In the unlikely case that your shipment arrived damaged, you need to inform us ASAP, maximum 48 hours from receiving date (by email, phone or fax). You are asked to keep the box and packaging for inspection in case we need to open an insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to do so will void any responsibilities for the occurred damage on our and/or the shipping company side.
Damaged items returned to us will be replaced free of charge. If you request a refund instead of replacement, such refund may not cover shipping costs, same as in our satisfaction policy above.

Volume orders (dealers, designers, other artists) - we offer volume based discounts, perfect for artists in need of limited edition copied canvasses, art shops, dealers, and interior designers. These discounts are calculated for your maximum advantage, when you will decide to work with us. Please email us, let us know the field of your work, and your main interest, and we will email you individually-tailored best pricing information. We hope to work with you for long time, and will offer loyalty incentives.
If you came to this page referred by one of our sales reps - use it as reference - but be assured that your rep will be the best person to work out best terms for you.

Artwork Protection - we protect your author's rights. If you use our services of giclee replaication, you will be the only one having access to your copies. We will not make them available to any other party without your request or authorization.
